Vijay Varma-starrer Dahaad is set to be India’s first web series to premiere at the 2023 Berlin International Film Festival.
Created by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, Dahaad is an eight-episode slow-burn crime drama. The Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi directorial also features Sonakshi Sinha, Gulshan Devaiah, Sohum Shah, Yogi Singha, Sanghmitra Hitaishi, Ratnabali Bhattacharjee, Nirmal Chiraniyan, Vijay Kumar Dogra, Abhishek Bhalerao, and Waris Ahmed Zaidi.
Vijay is known for appearing in projects that have received international recognition. His Monsoon Shootout was screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Gully Boy at the Berlin Film Festival, Ok Computer Rotterdam and Suitable Boy Toronto Film Festival.
Apart from Dahaad, Vijay will be soon seen in The Devotion of Suspect X alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan and Jaideep Ahlawat.
