Raanjhanaa actress Swara Bhasker, who tied the knot with activist Fahad Ahmad on February 16, is set to welcome her first baby later this year. The 35-year-old has been sharing pictures from her maternity shoot with her Instagram followers, drawing congratulatory messages from fans and the Bollywood fraternity. The actress announced her pregnancy on June 6 with a picture of her husband Fahad Ahmad embracing Swara from behind on a terrace during sunset.
Swara expressed how her pregnancy period has been a “journey of self-discovery and togetherness” through a monochrome photoshoot on Monday. She opted for a flared white floral maxi dress, while Fahad went for a faded sky-blue shirt.
Swara also shared pictures in which she was seen relaxing with a pregnancy pillow set — a U-shaped pillow, a sleeping mask and a contour pillow around the neck. She held a pregnancy guide book in her hand.
The Veere di Wedding star wore a sky blue printed dress and embraced her baby bump on the day of crib installation in her house. Also being a pet-parent, Swara shared a picture of her cat who became “the first occupant” of the crib.
