Shehnaaz Gill and Guru Randhawa’s latest music video — Moon Rise — has been tugging at the heartstrings of a massive number of people with its soulful melody and visuals since its release on January 11.
Guru’s soothing voice shines through as the lyrics continue to tell the listeners how one deals with a broken heart. Shehnaaz stuns in one outfit after another and is shown romancing the singer against a stunning beachside backdrop.
Guru is shown being haunted by the memories of his former lover (played by Shehnaaz), who appears in flashback moments.
Produced by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, Moon Rise is a soothing heartbreak number in collaboration with Amar Sandhu and Sanjoy. The Punjabi track, composed and sung by Guru Randhawa, was earlier released in August 2022 as a part of Guru’s album Man of the Moon.
