Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas is back in Mumbai and her fashion game is, as usual, on point. She oozed elegance in shimmery silver ensembles during her visits to the premiere of the Marathi film Paani, backed by her production house – Purple Pebbles Pictures, and a makeup brand’s promotional event. Here’s a look at the outfits she donned.
For the makeup promotional event, Priyanka dazzled in a sparkly silver mini dress from Stella McCartney’s Fall 2024 collection. The dress featured full sleeves, a cowl neckline, and dramatic fringe details trailing down the shoulder. Completing the look was a flowing train that added a touch of red carpet glamour.
The Citadel actress’ makeup perfectly complemented her dazzling look. She sported a radiant finish with smokey eyes and a glossy lip shade. Silver drops on her ears and matching strappy silver stilettos on her feet raised the glamour quotient. Soft, wavy tresses tied up in a high knot rounded off her chic look.
The very next day, Priyanka sparkled at the premiere of Paani in a silver sequinned body-hugging gown by Tarun Tahiliani. Embroidered with crystals and sequins, the sheer gown featured a corset bodice, sari-like folds near the waist and a draped silhouette that extended to her bun. She accessorised her look with hoop earrings and a pair of diamond bangles.
Dewy makeup, soft nude lip colour and smokey eyes with dramatic lashes completed her look.
Priyanka styled her hair in a chic updo, with a thick lock of hair cascading down one side of her face. “Killing us with all these stunning looks,” a fan wrote in the comments. Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar also gushed over the actress, dropping clapping emojis in the comment section.
Directed by Adinath Kothare, Paani was originally released in India in 2019. It won the award for the best film on environment conservation at the 66th National Film Awards that year. Starring Subodh Bhave and Kishore Kadam, Paani explores the daily struggles of people in the drought-stricken village of Nagderwadi in Maharashtra. Priyanka’s brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra were also present at the event.
