Akshay Kumar-starrer Housefull 5 has officially completed shooting, the makers announced on Tuesday, sharing pictures from the last day of the shoot. The photos feature Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Chunky Panday and Shreyas Talpade.
“That’s a wrap for Housefull 5! A rollercoaster of emotions, filled with laughter, hard work, and unforgettable memories. Get ready to laugh your hearts out on 6th June 2025 in cinemas near you,” makers Nadiadwala Grandon wrote on their official Instagram handle.
One of the pictures features all the actors celebrating the last day of shooting by cutting a cake and posing for the lens.
Housefull 5 is set to bring back the franchise’s trademark mix of slapstick comedy and grand sets. Backed by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is set to release on June 6, 2025.
The first Housefull movie, directed by Sajid Khan, was released in 2010. It featured Akshay Kumar alongside Jiah Khan, Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lara Dutta and Chunky Panday.
The sequel, also directed by Sajid Khan, came out in 2012, followed by Sajid-Farhad-helmed Housefull 3 in 2016, and Farhad Samji’s Housefull 4 in 2019.
