Gurudev Hoysala

Anand Audio has dropped the trailer of its upcoming Kannada-language film Gurudev Hoysala. Directed by Vijay N, the film stars Daali Dhananjaya, Amrutha Iyengar, Naveen Shankar, Achyuth Kumar, Avinash BS, Anirudh Bhat, Mayuri Nataraj and Rajesh Nataraj.

The two-minute-22-second-long trailer introduces us to the political unrest in Karnataka. We then see a gritty police officer (played by Dhananjaya) trying his best to keep the crime rate under control in the state. There is a major Singham vibe to the trailer and Dhananajaya’s character.

Gurudev Hoysala will hit cinemas on March 30.

Oh Meri Laila

Saina Movies has dropped the official trailer of the upcoming Malayalam-language film Oh Meri Laila. Helmed by Abhishek KS, the film stars Antony Varghese and Sona Olickal in the lead roles.

The one-minute-56-second-long trailer shows two college students deeply in love and glued to their phones. They are either talking to each other, texting or watching reels. The monsoon also plays an important role in their romance. The music for the film is composed by Ankit Menon.

Oh Meri Laila will stream on Saina Play from March 23.

Manoharam

Sony Music South has released the official teaser of the upcoming Malayalam-language film Manoharam. Directed by Sreekar and Yuva Chandraa, the film stars Yuva Chandraa and Kushitha Kallapu in the lead roles.

The 54-second-long teaser shows us glimpses of a young girl (Kushitha Kallapu) falling in love with an aspiring theatre actor (Yuva Chandraa) while watching him rehearse.

Rye Lane

Hulu on Tuesday posted the official trailer of its upcoming British romantic comedy-drama film Rye Lane. It is directed by Raine Allen-Miller and stars David Jonsson and Vivian Oparah in the lead roles.

In the two-minute-20-second-long trailer, we meet two men in their twenties — Yas (Vivian Oparah) and Dom (David Jonsson). Dealing with bad break-ups, the twoconnect over the course of an eventful day. They start helping each other get over their respective exes and restore their faith in love.

Rye Lane will be streaming on Hulu from March 31.
