Bholaa
The first teaser of the Ajay Devgn-starrer Bhoola, directed by the actor himself, is out. A Hindi remake of the Tamil hit film Kaithi, the film promises to be an action-packed watch.
The one-minute-26-second-long teaser opens with a woman in an orphanage telling a girl named Jyoti that someone will come to meet her the next day. As the child counts down possible family members the trailer cuts to a prison where we get the first glimpse of Ajay in his new look. The trailer shrouds Ajay's character with mystery. But we are given an action-filled shot of Ajay attacking a man with a Trishul (trident) after ramming his bike into his SUV.
Bholaa, also starring Tabu, is set to release theatrically on March 30, 2023.
Vadh
Sanjay Mishra-and-Neena Gupta-starrer Vadh promises to be an edge-of-the-seat murder mystery. The trailer shows an elderly couple in deep despair after borrowing money from a loan shark. The veteran actors fit perfectly into the characters of the loan shark's helpless victims till Sanjay's character is pushed to the brink.
The two-minute-41-second long trailer shows Sanjay confessing murder at a police station. He also admits to dismembering his victim's body. While his confession is shown to be taken lightly at first, the police eventually start seeing him as a suspect.
Written and directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu and Rajeev Barnwal, the movie portrays Neena as a devout Hindu who forbids Sanjay from even killing a mouse in their house. But she is later faced with a murder under the family's roof.
Vadh will release in theatres on December 9.
Vadhandhi- The Fable of Velonie
Tamil web series Vadhandhi- The Fable of Velonie follows a policeman’s mission to find a young woman’s killer. The trailer of the Amazon Prime Video show, written and directed by Andrew Louis, kicks off with the murder of a woman named Velonie whose body is found in the countryside.
In his OTT debut, S.J. Suryah plays the lead role of the cop who is tasked with solving Velonie’s murder. While Velonie’s mother does not want her daughter to become the topic of sensational news, her murder is already hogging media attention. Faced with several odds, Suryah’s character becomes obsessed with not only finding the killer but with killing the perpetrator.
The intriguing murder mystery will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from December 2.
The Teacher
The trailer of the Malayalam film The Teacher, starring Amala Paul, is out. Showing a unique story of resilience, the trailer starts off with Amala’s character in a happily married life. However, her fate takes a turn when she gets involved in an online scandal. Abandoned by those around her, including her husband, Amala fights to prove her innocence instead of shying away after the scandal. The Teacher will arrive in theatres from December 2.
