If you wake up with a puffy face, apply ice cubes. That is if you are not prone to catching a cold from it. Ice cubes are extremely good for increasing blood circulation.

- You can apply the ice to the roof of your mouth, which is the location of the receptors for the blood vessels of your face.
- If you have lost sleep, or are jetlagged, wrap an icecube in a napkin and massage your face with it.
- Ice cubes can be used as part of a facial.
- Water can be blended with green tea, or other light liquid ingredients good for skin, frozen in cubes, and used on the face.
- Ice cubes are good for flare-ups and can be applied on the spots.
- You can apply ice cubes to your face after using a serum or lotion, for greater benefit. The ice restricts the capillaries which helps ingredients penetrate deeper.
