The theme for Ensemble Valhalla 2022, a three-day annual cultural, sports, and management festival hosted annually by XLRI (Xavier School of Management), Jamshedpur, was launched at an event titled IGNITO.
This year’s theme ‘The Realm of Dreams’ will focus on the myriad possibilities that one can look forward to while alive in this world.
IGNITO, the official theme launch event for Ensemble Valhalla held every year, was the biggest offline event ever since the college reopened after the pandemic break.
IGNITO’21 began with an activation event where different floors from each hostel competed against each another to emerge as ‘The Conquerors’. Twenty-eight different events were played in teams and students took away prizes worth Rs 60,000.

The major crowd puller after the fun-filled events and games was the Bollywood DJ night. The Old Hostel area was lit up for the theme reveal.
XLRI’s flagship fest, Ensemble-Valhalla, has traditionally witnessed participation from various B-schools across the country and performances by renowned artists.
Ensemble Valhalla 2021 was a three-day extravaganza with panel discussions featuring the likes of Imtiaz Ali, Mithila Palkar, Aparshakti Khurana and Janice Sequeira. The fest also witnessed a live virtual performance by Bhuwin Khursija and a stellar pro-show line-up that featured Bass Jackers, Ankit Tiwari, Rahul Subramanian, Sejal Bhat and KK.
