The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has changed and updated the schedule for WBJEE 2024 registrations. According to the timeline, students can now register for WBJEE 2024 until February 5 on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in. The registration window, originally set to close on January 31, has been extended.
Additionally, the online correction facility will be available from February 7 to 9, providing applicants with an opportunity to make necessary adjustments. The WBJEE 2024 admit cards are expected to be out on April 18. The WBJEE 2024 exam will consist of Paper 1 from 11 am to 1 pm and Paper 2 from 2 pm to 4 pm. The board conducts WBJEE for admission to engineering, technology, pharmacy, and architecture programs across different universities and colleges in the state.
To be eligible for WBJEE 2024, applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2024, with no upper age limit except for the Marine Engineering program, where the maximum age is 25 by the same date.
Candidates are required to have passed Class 12 as regular students from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics or biology or computer science or biotechnology or computer application. SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories receive a 5% relaxation in aggregate marks.
