Good news for candidates looking for government jobs. The Union Public Service Commission will be recruiting several eligible candidates to the position of Assistant Programmer. A total of 27 candidates will be recruited to the organisation through this recruitment process. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online at upsc.gov.in.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the position must possess a Masters degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology (with specialisation in Computer Application) or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer science or Computer Technology from a recognised University or Institute.

Bachelor degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised University.
Age limit
Candidates applying for the position must be within the age of 30 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be provided a relaxation in age limit as per government rules.
Application Fee
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 25. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWBD categories and female candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee.
