It is common among working professionals to experience stagnancy in their careers even after reaching senior level positions. Under these circumstances, the need to update oneself in consonance with the ever evolving equations of the corporate world becomes a necessity.

It is a mandate to acclimatize oneself to the changing demands of the industry, especially in areas like Computer Science, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electrical Machines, Communication Systems, IT, Mechanics, AI, Robotics and various other fields related to new and emerging technologies.

However, due to stressful work routines and busy schedules, it becomes almost impossible for most working professionals to update themselves by pursuing further learning and training in their fields. Eventually they are either left behind or stuck in the same positions for years on end without any scope for future growth.

WILP programmes have four to seven semesters. Degrees offered under these programmes are exclusively designed for working professionals as the classes are conducted on weekends or after business hours so they don’t have to compromise on their jobs. The courseware and lectures are digital learning oriented and can be availed both online and in recorded formats, including course handouts and lab content.

Students have access to the university’s virtual and remote labs, enabling them to experience a practical approach from anywhere. The exams are also conducted online, giving working professionals the advantage of earning a prestigious and industry-recognized degree or diploma along with their job.

Mangalayatan University was established in 2006 with the vision of imparting quality professional education. It is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is located barely 18 Kms from the Yamuna Expressway on the road from Mathura to Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. The university has a sprawling campus spread across 70 acres. It offers a wide range of over 70 courses and currently has close to 3,000 Indian and foreign students pursuing their graduate and undergraduate degrees in Engineering, Business Management, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Visual and Performing Arts, Journalism and Mass Communication, Education, Travel and Hospitality Management and Computer Applications.
