National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for online submission of application forms for the December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycles of National Eligibility Test (NET) till May 30, it said in a notification on May 24.
The online window for submission of application forms for the test will remain open till 5pm on May 30 and candidates will be able to pay the application fee till 11.50pm on the same day, the NTA notification further read.
Citing the failure of several candidates in completing the application process within the earlier deadline of May 20 due to “heavy rush” on its website, NTA said, “Many candidates could not upload the photo/documents nor could make payment of requisite application fee.”
Candidates will also be allowed to make corrections in their applications from May 31 till June 1, the NTA notification further read.
