The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the exam date for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) 2024 on nift.ac.in. The NIFT entrance exam is scheduled to take place on February 5, spanning across 60 cities in India. The examination comprises the Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). CAT will be conducted as a paper-based test, while GAT will take place as a computer-based exam.

Simultaneously, the NTA has initiated the registration process for NIFT 2024 on nift.ac.in/nift.ntaonline.in. Aspiring candidates looking for admissions to NIFT can submit their applications online. It is imperative to complete the NIFT application form 2024 before the stipulated deadline. The last date for submitting the NIFT entrance exam 2024 application form with regular fees is January 3, and with a late fee, it extends until January 8. NIFT 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• For B.Des and B.F.Tech courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
• Those applying for M.Des and M.F.Tech courses should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field.
• Candidates seeking admission to the M.F.M course must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• The maximum age limit for B.Des and B.F.Tech courses is 23 years as of August 1, 2024, with a relaxation of 5 years for reserved categories.
• There is no age limit for M.Des, M.F.Tech, and M.F.M courses.
