The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon be releasing the results of Class 10 and Class 12 Board examinations. The exams which began on February 12, concluded on March 28. Since then, students and guardians have been eagerly waiting for the results.
Although the board has not yet announced any specific date for the declaration of result, going by the previous year's trends, it is expected that the results will be released in the first week of May. Once the results are announced, candidates will be able to check their scorecards from the official website at results.cbse.nic.in.
As the Class 10 results were announced by the board in 2023, it was seen that a total of 93.12 percent of the students who had appeared in the exam had passed while the pass percentage for Class 12 stood at 87.33 per cent.
How to check CBSE results once declared?
Step 1: Visit the official websites- results.cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in & results.gov.in
Step 2: CBSE Result 2024 login page will appear
Step 3: Enter the login details like CBSE roll number, admit card number and school number
Step 4: Submit and CBSE Class 10, 12 Result 2024 will appear on the screen
Step 5: Check and download the result
Step 6: Take a printout of the same for future reference
Also, students must note that they can check their scores via SMS service, Digilocker, Pariksha Sangam Portal and the UMANG application.
A student must secure an overall 33% (both internal assessment and Board examination taken together) in all the subjects to pass in CBSE Result 2024.
