How to Apply

  1. Visit the official website at ssbodisha.ac.in.
  2. Access the TGT portal and complete the registration process.
  3. Upon successful registration, candidates can proceed to fill out the application form, upload necessary documents, and remit the requisite application fee.
  4. Download a copy of the registration form for future reference.

Application Fee

General category applicants are required to pay ₹500, while candidates from reserved categories, namely Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons With Disability (PWD) will need to pay ₹200.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be between 21 and 38 years old as of January 1, 2024. Those born before January 2, 1986, and after January 1, 2003, are ineligible to sit for the Odisha TGT recruitment exam 2024.

It's important to note that upper age limit relaxations are applicable for reserved category candidates.

Selection Process

It will be based on a written examination. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions, each carrying equal weightage, totaling 150 marks. Candidates will have a duration of two hours to complete the examination. Under the marking scheme, correct answers will be rewarded with 1.5 marks, while incorrect responses will incur a deduction of 0.5 marks.
