Kolkata Police Constable Recruitment 2024: Apply for 3734 vacancies; know steps to apply here

The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) invites applications for the post of constables in Kolkata Police. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for the Kolkata Police recruitment and fill the application form by visiting the official website- wbpolice.gov.in.

The application window will open from 1 March 2024. The Kolkata police recruitment drive 2024 aims to fill a total of 3,734 constable positions, out of which 3,464 are for male constables and 270 are for lady constable positions. The last date to apply for Kolkata Police constable recruitment 2024 is till 29 March. Candidates will be given an opportunity to edit their details on the application form from 1 to 7 April.

To be eligible, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old as of 1 January 2024. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories. The applicant must have completed the Madhyamik examination or Class 10 from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
