The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) 2022 Semester 2 exams are less than 24 hours away. The Class X board exams are being held offline after two years.

Students will appear for English Language (English Paper-1) exam on Day 1. The one-and-a-half-hour-long exam will begin at 11am.

The question papers will be hand over to the students at 10.50am and they will have 10 minutes to read the question papers before they start writing.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), which conducts the ICSE exams, has asked all examinees to reach the exam centres at least half an hour ahead of the start of the exam.

Candidates are required to carry their admission cards to the examination hall / room.

Strict COVID-safety measures will be followed at all exam centres. Students must wear masks and carry their own bottles of sanitiser.

Examinees will not be allowed to share stationery and must carry their own pens, pencils, rulers, instruments or any other required items.

Students must fill the top-sheet of the Standard Answer Booklet carefully and put their signature in the designated space. The UID (Unique Identification Number), Index Number and Subject must be written clearly on the top-sheet, on the front sheet of each continuation booklet used and on any loose maps, graph papers.

All entries on the answer booklet must be made with black or blue ballpoint pen only. Students may use fountain pens or ball-point pens to write answers, but only pencils may be used for diagrams.
