Eastern Railway to recruit 3115 Apprentices in various divisions and workshops - Details

Good news for candidates looking for jobs with the Indian Railways. The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) of Eastern Railway has issued a notification to recruit for the position of apprentices. The apprentices will be employed for training in Workshops and Divisions of the Eastern Railway.

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online at the official website of RRC rrcer.org. The application process will begin from September 24 and will continue till October 23.

List of Vacancy

Howrah Division - 659 apprentices will be recruited

Liluah Workshop - 612 apprentices will be recruited

Sealdah Division - 440 apprentices will be recruited

Kanchrapara Workshop - 187 apprentices will be recruited

Malda Division - 138 apprentices will be recruited

Asansol Division - 412 apprentices will be recruited

Jamalpur Workshop - 667 apprentices will be recruited

Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the positions must have qualified Class 10 examination or its equivalent with a minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate from a recognised board. They should also possess the National Trade Certificate by NCVT/SCVT in the notified trade.

Age limit

Candidates must be above the age of 15 years but not above the age of 24 years.
