The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to begin the Karnataka Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2024 offline document verification process starting tomorrow, June 25. This process will continue until June 29.
This verification is specifically for candidates who have applied under eligibility clauses B, C, D, I, J, K, L, M, N, and Z. Those who have claimed eligibility under clause Y are exempt from this requirement, as per the official press release.
UGCET 2024 Document Verification Schedule
- Forenoon Session 1: 9.30AM to 11AM – Reporting time 9.15AM (Rank Number 1 to 8000)
- Forenoon Session 2: 11.15AM to 1.15PM – Reporting time 11AM (Rank Number 8001 to 16000)
- Afternoon Session 1: 2PM onwards – Reporting time 1.45PM (Rank Number 16001 to 20000)
According to the official notification, candidates must bring the original documents along with a photocopy of each for the KCET 2024 counselling.
The KEA has also extended the fee payment deadline for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 to June 24. Candidates who registered but could not complete the fee transaction can do so by logging into their account on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea, by the new deadline. Additionally, students applying for MBA, MCA, ME, MTech, and MArch courses can edit their application forms, pay the fees, and select the exam centre until June 24 up to 6PM.
