The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the 2023 results for the Common University Entrance Test - undergraduate (CUET UG 2023) on Saturday. In the CUET result 2023, a total of 22,836 candidates received a score of 100 percent. 11.11 lakh students took the CUET exam in its second iteration in 2023, up from 9 lakh the previous year.
More than 1,000 students received perfect scores in political science, history, and accounting. Similar to last year, there were more students who scored at the top percentile in humanities and commerce than in science, excluding biology.
251 students scored excellent scores in mathematics, 83 in physics, and 233 in chemistry for science courses. Nine phases of the second-largest national test were held between May 21 and July 5. This year's 2,305 question papers and 1,48,520 questions were prepared by 2,200 subject specialists and 800 interpreters, according to the NTA.
