CBSE Result 2023: For students whose CBSE Class 10, 12 results 2023 were released on May 12, the Central Board of Secondary Education has begun offering post-result psychological therapy services. Parents of students may also use the counselling programme. The CBSE after-result counselling will be accessible from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm till May 27, 2023.
There will be a tele-helpline service with a total of 59 experts for students. These professionals will come from CBSE-affiliated schools in India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Oman and will comprise principals, qualified counsellors, special educators, and psychologists.
Students can contact the CBSE tele-counselling helpline by calling the toll-free number 1800-11-8004 from anywhere in the nation if they need support and guidance for their results-related stress and anxiety. On the CBSE website, under the 'Counselling' tab, there are other resources for parents and students in addition to the helpline.
