A total of 90 apprentices will be recruited by the AAI through this recruitment process. The candidates will be selected from different streams. This includes
Civil Engineer - 17 vacancies will be filled
Electrical Engineer - 20 vacancies will be filled
Computer Science Engineer - 15 vacancies will be filled
Mechanical Engineer - 8 positions will be filled
Fitter - 5 positions will be filled
Motor Vehicle Mechanic - 10 positions will be filled
Electrician - 10 positions will be filled
Draftsman - 5 positions will be filled

Educational Qualification
The Educational qualification is different positions. The graduate apprentice positions, a four-year graduation degree is required. For Diploma and trade apprentice positions, a three-year diploma degree a three year diploma degree and ITI certificate in respective trade is required.

Candidates from Assam, Tripura, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh can apply for this programme.
Stipend
Graduate apprentice: Rs 15,000
Diploma Apprentice - Rs 12,000
Trade Apprentice - Rs 15,000
Age limit
Candidates must be between the age of 18 to 26 years
