The Heritage School fest, "Youthopia", has taken the city by storm this year. The fest started back in the year 2010, and now, when it is in its 14th edition, has grown by enormous proportions to reach its current stature.
Over the course of three days, it provides students from all over the city with a stage and a host of opportunities to engage in a wide range of competitive activities, including athletics, verbal combat, business strategies, gaming skills, fashion, design, music, and dance.
The Telegraph Online Edugraph’s team was present on the ground on the 2nd day of the fest i.e 27 April to witness the events of the day - IPL auction, Youthopia Classic Quiz, NGO event, Debate prelims, Comic strips and others.
Speaking to Edugraph on the occasion, the School principal Mrs Seema Sapru said, “As a school we want inter school events and competitions to ensure that children do their best. And to work towards the same we got judges of the competitions from everywhere who will judge the children on a very fair basis. Year after year we tend to get participation from more schools and it is great to see children be friends and learn from each other. I personally go around to wish children all the best for the events they are taking part in. Moreover, Youthopia is not just a competition, it is also a lot of learning and motivation.
The auditorium full of young enthusiasts cheering for their school attested the palpably explosive energy that precedes a spectacular competition. Youthopia undoubtedly offers a few days of enjoyment to all the participants and cheerleaders outside of their tight classroom setting, allowing students to step forward and take part in a variety of other activities.

Edugraph also spoke to the quiz master of the Youthopia Classic Quiz, Arijit Sen, present on the occasion, who added, “The idea of arranging this quiz was to be as diverse as possible in order to separate it from the GK test. Hence, the questions were accordingly arranged for the students on the basis of things they witness around them on a regular basis. The advantage of organising such a quiz is that then there will be something for everyone in a 4 member team. I think irrespective of winning or losing, all the students who took part in this event must keep quizzing and be curious to be a fantastic quizzer”.
