The event, a collaborative endeavor by the college's Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Institution's Innovation Council (IIC 6.0), and the Student Welfare Committee, promises to be a dynamic showcase of creativity and problem-solving.
Scheduled to take place on the 23rd of September, the RCC Institute of Information Technology campus is abuzz with excitement as it prepares to welcome 75 groups of talented students, totaling 450 participants. These aspiring innovators are geared up to present their groundbreaking ideas and visions in the form of functional prototypes, all of which will be meticulously evaluated by a panel of industry experts.
The grand event will commence with an inaugural session graced by the august presence of Prof. (Dr.) Debashis De, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal. Prof. De is poised to deliver a keynote address titled 'Demystifying Hackathons: A Journey of Innovation.' His insights are expected to set the stage for a day of spirited competition and collaboration.
The stakes are high, as the best ideas and models presented at the Internal Smart India Hackathon 2023 will have the opportunity to advance to the final round of the Smart India Hackathon.
