Oxford Public School, Ranchi organised its Annual Exhibition on Saturday, October 14 where more than 1,800 students showcased their talent and presented over 800 models on various subjects.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Ms Kiran Pasi, IAS, State Project Director, Jharkhand Education Project Council who was also the chief guest for the occasion.

Other dignitaries who graced the occasion included Dr S.B.P Mehta, Chairman of Oxford Group of Institutions and Dr Simi Mehta, Academic Director, among others.

Principals from several other schools, along with teachers and parents, attended the exhibition.

The main attraction of the exhibition was a model of Maa Durga along with a dance drama performance by the students. Apart from this, a live model on Chandrayaan 3 also garnered a lot of attention from the guests as well as visitors.

Chief Guest, Ms. Kiran Pasi, IAS appreciated the hard work of the students and wished them a bright future. Speaking on the occasion, she said that hard work is the main mantra of success and such programmes are very important, not only in the overall development of the child but also in the progress of the nation.

She also advised the students to become responsible citizens and appealed to the parents to teach their children to be happy and differentiate between right and wrong.

At the exhibition, the students exhibited models across various subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer and Social Science, Mathematics, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Physical Education, Commerce and Fine Arts among others.

Dr S.B.P Mehta, the chairman of the school, on the other hand congratulated the students and teachers for making the event a grand success and commended their efforts.
