In our two-year journey so far, we have met talents extraordinaire like Divyani Mohanty and Agniva Biswas, who had won in the Dance category in 2022 and 2023, respectively. Their stories unfolded as a captivating recital where dreams harmonised with rhythm, and passion took centre stage.
We were proud to have discovered Divyani Mohanty -- our 2022 winner; a virtuoso in Odissi from South Point High School, Kolkata. She had discovered the healing power of dance at a young age as she had literally ‘danced away her fever’. Imagine that! An academic achiever and a cultural ambassador, Divyani beautifully blends grace, beauty and dedication on stage.
Further ahead, in 2023, we met Agniva Biswas, the sensational dancer from Douglas Memorial Higher Secondary School. A Bharatanatyam maestro, a CCRT Scholarship holder and a class 9 dynamo, his performances embody passion, courage and sheer endurance. As Agniva reminisced, Bharatanatyam is his expression of unbridled joy and freedom! His love for the art form was showcased not just on stages, but also on his vibrant YouTube channel.
So do you feel the rhythm?
Now, imagine the spotlight on you!
Do you or someone you know dare to dream with their feet?
If yes, it is time to let the world witness the magic within!
