DPS Megacity Kolkata celebrated two decades of excellence with a vibrant Annual Day concert on July 19 and 20, 2024, at the Science City Auditorium, Kolkata. The event, themed ‘Beyond Eternity,’ was a grand showcase of music, dance, and drama that embodied the spiritual teachings of Lord Krishna, Jesus Christ, and Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. This thematic concert celebrated secularism, tolerance, harmony, universal brotherhood, and compassion while honoring the essence of universal motherhood.

The festivities commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries, marking the beginning of a two-day celebration attended by notable guests. The first day featured Reverend Father Thomas D’Souza, the Archbishop of Kolkata, as the Chief Guest, along with Guests of Honour such as Shri Sujit Bose, Minister of Fire and Emergency Services, and Father Dominic Gomes, Vicar General. On the second day, Swami Tattwavidananda Maharaj of Belur Math graced the event as the Chief Guest, accompanied by dignitaries like Mr Gerry and Mrs Anita Arathoon, Mr Vijay Agarwal, Mr Anuj Agarwal, and others.

The concert explored the universality of all religions through creative interpretations, with students performing musical and dance sequences that captivated the audience.
