The Avensis International CEO Conclave will be held on December 10
It is being organised by XLRI Jamshedpur’s ExPGDM’s 20th batch of 2021-22

XLRI – Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur’s 20th ExPGDM batch will be conducting Avensis International CEO Conclave 2021 on December 10. The event will be focusing on understanding how industry leaders achieve success and why there is an immediate need for organisations to be future-ready. The sessions will discuss broad themes on various industries touched by technology and digital transformation.

The inaugural address will be delivered by HK Pradhan, professor, Finance and Economics, XLRI Jamshedpur and welcome address by Jitendra Jittu Singh, ex-faculty, XLRI Jamshedpur and chief (HRD +OL&D) at Tata Steel. Followed by this, R Gopalakrishnan, CEO – The Mindworks, and former executive director, TATA Sons Limited, will deliver the chief guest address on managing in turbulent times.

A keynote address on ‘The Digital Workplace: Think, Share, Do!’ will be delivered by Jaspreet Bindra, founder, Tech Whisperer Ltd, UK. Following this will be a panel discussion where Pankaj Gupta, founder and co-CEO, Gulf Islamic Investments and Gaurav Biswas, founder and CEO, TruKKer will discuss on ‘Foreign Investors Perspective on Indian Startup Investment.

The panel will be moderated by Trilochan Tripathy, professor, Finance, associate dean, XLRI Jamshedpur.

The address on ‘African Cluster: A Continent of Opportunity for Pharmaceutical Market’ shall be delivered by Rajaram Sankaran, CEO, African Landscape.

The other talks lined up include Thomas Kuruvilla, managing partner, member of the Global Board, Arthur D. Little on ‘Transformation Journeys: The Reasons – Why, and The Art of How!’, Joseph Anwyll, CEO, Radical Sportscars Ltd, on ‘How Radical Sportscars Turn Amateurs into Racing Drivers Without Breaking the Bank’.

Arjun Mohan, CEO, upGrad will talk about ‘EdTech that Empowers People- Optimising the Online Learning Experience’, followed by Premal Desai, Dy CEO, on ‘Evolutioniser on Revolution of Strategy Development.’

Shinjini Das, CEO and founder, The Das Media Group, will deliver a speech on ‘Content with Meaning – Convert Followers to Dollars’. An address on ‘Your Skills Instantaneously have a Global Market: GenZs’ will be delivered by Naman Shrivastava, CEO, Global Governance Initiative.

The last address will be delivered by Guru Sankararaman, co-founder, CFO and SVP of Operations, Tekion Corp on Journey of Tekion – Unicorn Status- Former Tesla Executive’s Automotive SaaS Retail Platform.
