Post Allotment Process

Once candidates download their JECA 2024 allotment letter, they must report to their assigned institution with the letter and other required documents for verification. Those who have secured a seat in the second round are required to confirm their seat by paying an acceptance fee of INR 5,000. The seat acceptance fee should be paid online within the given deadline, and it is typically non-refundable.

Candidates satisfied with their allotted seat can finalise their admission by freezing their selection. If candidates wish to pursue better seat options in subsequent rounds, they may opt for an upgrade, provided this option is available.
