The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has recently released its admission brochure for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2023. According to the brochure, the examination will take place on 30 April, 2023. The paper will be for two subjects- Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry).

Students willing to register for WBJEE 2023 examination must visit the official website- wbjeeb.nic.in. The application fees for WBJEE 2023 at present is Rs 500 for General candidates and Rs 400 for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward caste-A and Other Backward Caste-B students.

Students must also have a valid mobile number and a unique valid email ID to complete the full registration process. Here it is crucial to note that once the registration details are submitted, the information cannot be transformed, or edited in any circumstances.

To be eligible to sit in the WBJEE 2023 examination students must be the citizen of India or OCI. The OCI students will be eligible to apply only for unreserved seats in the All India quota. Students must also have passed Class 12. The ones sitting for the Class 12 examination also stand a chance to apply. The lower age limit of the student should be 17 years. Students willing to get admission to the degree-level Marine Engineering courses, the upper age limit for the same is 25 years as of 31 March, 2023. ​​
