The commission has issued the notification that reads, "QUALIFYING SHORT-HAND TEST IN HINDI OR IN ENGLISH AT 100 W.P.M. IN RESPECT OF ALL THE CANDIDATES COMPETING FOR CATEGORIES IV, V, VI, VII & IX".
