Vacancy Details for SSC Constable GD Exam 2025
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 39,481 vacancies across various security forces:
- BSF: 15,654 vacancies
- CISF: 7,145 vacancies
- CRPF: 11,541 vacancies
- SSB: 819 vacancies
- ITBP: 3,017 vacancies
- Assam Rifles (AR): 1,248 vacancies
- SSF: 35 vacancies
- NCB: 22 vacancies
Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for SSC Constable GD Exam 2025
Candidates must have completed their class 10 or matriculation examination by January 1, 2025, and fall within the age bracket of 18 to 23 years to be eligible.
The selection process will involve:
- Computer-Based Examination (CBE): An objective type test with 80 questions, each carrying 2 marks, to be completed in 60 minutes.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
Medical Examination/ Document Verification for SSC Constable GD Exam 2025
The CBE will be conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages, including Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and others.
Application Fees for SSC Constable GD Exam 2025
The application fee is INR 100, but women, SC, ST candidates, and eligible ex-servicemen (ESM) are exempt from payment.
The application window for the Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination 2025, which opened earlier this month, will close on October 14, 2024.
