Last Date to Apply for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Nearing, No Extension: Steps to Apply

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the last date to apply for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 Session 1 is November 22, 2024. Candidates are urged to complete their applications on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, as no extensions will be granted.

2. Click on the link for ‘Online Application Form for JEE (Main) 2025 Session 1’ on the homepage.
3. Register and log in to the candidate’s account.
4. Fill in the application form with accurate details.
5. Submit the required documents and pay the application fee.
6. Save and print the application form for future reference.

JEE Main Session 1 Application Form Correction Details 2025

Candidates who submit their applications before the deadline will have a chance to edit certain details during the correction window, available from November 26 to 27, 2024. Key fields such as mobile number, email address, addresses, and photographs cannot be modified, so applicants must ensure these are filled in correctly during the initial application.

If corrections lead to an increase in the application fee, candidates must pay the difference for the changes to take effect. However, if the fee decreases, no refunds will be provided by the NTA.

JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in two sessions to facilitate admissions to BE and BTech programmes at top institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other participating colleges.

According to the NTA's official notification, the first session for Paper 1 is tentatively scheduled between January 22 and January 31, 2025, while the second session will likely take place from April 1 to April 8, 2025.

The JEE Main 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, and more, ensuring accessibility for candidates across the country.
