RRB Releases Revised Exam Dates for ALP, RPF SI, JE, and Other Posts: New Schedule and Exam Updates

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced an updated exam schedule for several posts, including Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP), Railway Protection Force Sub-Inspector (RPF SI), Technician, Junior Engineer (JE), Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant (CMA), and Metallurgical Supervisor. The revised schedule, prompted by administrative adjustments, applies to Centralised Employment Notifications (CEN) 01/2024, 02/2024, and 03/2024, impacting various positions across Indian Railways.

Revised RRB Exam Dates

The updated schedule outlines the Computer-Based Test (CBT) dates for each post:

• ALP (CEN 01/2024): November 25, 2024 - November 29, 2024
• RPF SI (CEN RPF 01/2024): December 2, 2024 - December 12, 2024
• Technician (CEN 02/2024): December 18, 2024 - December 29, 2024
• JE & Others (CEN 03/2024): December 13, 2024 - December 17, 2024

“Dates for other CENs will be announced in due course,” the official notice additionally informed.

Candidates appearing for these exams are required to download their e-call letters four days prior to their respective exam dates. Additionally, exam city and date information will be accessible 10 days before the exam, allowing candidates ample time for travel and accommodation arrangements if necessary.

Important Exam Day Requirements

Candidates must complete Aadhaar-linked biometric verification upon arrival at the exam centre and are required to carry their original Aadhaar card for identification.
