The mock seat allotment list for BHMS and BAMS courses will be issued by the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) today, 13 December. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can log in to the official website of OJEE—ojee.nic.in to check their results.

Candidates have until 14 December, 11 pm to make their choices as the choice locking facility starts at 11 am today, 13 December. The reconciliation of data, verification and validation of allocated seats will take place on 15 December.

The first seat allotment list will be released on 16 December at 5 pm. Candidates have to report online from 5 pm on 16 December till 5 pm on 19 December. Students will have to pay part admission cum seat confirmation fee and upload documents as well as exercise the freeze and float option from 16 to 19 December.

Candidates must note, the deadline to respond to any query for round one is 20 December. Candidates can withdraw/exit from the seat allocation process between 17 December till 5 pm on 19 December.

Online reporting and payment of part admission cum seat confirmation fee, upload of documents and exercising of freeze or float option can be done between 5 pm on 22 December till 5 pm on 24 December. For round two the candidates have time till 5 pm on 25 December to get responses for any queries related to round two.

Additionally, the students can withdraw/exit from the round two seat allocation process between 10 am on 23 December and 5 pm on 25 December. The process of auto-upgradation will take place on 27 December and candidates will be able to download the final allotment letter on the same day.

Once upgraded and downloaded the final allotment letter, candidates will be able to report online and pay part admission cum seat confirmation fee and upload documents from 27 December to 29 December.
