The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the revised subject and shift-wise schedule for the UGC NET December 2024 session on its official website (ugcnet.nta.ac.in). The updated exam dates are from January 3 to January 16, 2025, instead of the previously announced dates of January 1 to January 19, 2025.
The UGC NET December 2024 session will now be conducted from January 3 to January 16, 2025, as per the revised schedule announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The examination will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and will cover a total of 85 subjects. The test serves multiple purposes, including the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor, and admission to PhD programmes. The question paper will consist of two sections featuring objective-type, multiple-choice questions, ensuring a standardized evaluation process for all candidates.
City Intimation Slip and Admit Card
The city intimation slip notification is set to be released eight days prior to the exam as per the official NTA website. Additionally, the admit card will be issued after the release of the city intimation slip.
Candidates must ensure all details on the admit card match their application form to avoid issues on the exam day.
