The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the choice filling schedule for the Karnataka Under Graduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2023 Round 2 counselling. Candidates who have been allotted seats in this round can access the post allotment schedule on the official KEA website: kea.kar.nic.in.

The choice filling window for Karnataka UGCET 2023 Round 2 will open today at 1 pm and will remain available until September 10 at 11.59 pm. During this period, candidates will be given the opportunity to make their choices from a selection of four options. It is crucial to note that KEA states that if candidates fail to exercise any of these choices within the specified date and time, their allotted seat will be cancelled.

The four choices available to candidates are:

1. Accept and Confirm Seat: Candidates who are content with their allotted seat can choose this option. They must pay the required fee and report to the allotted college. However, selecting this option means they will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent rounds of counselling.

2. Participate in Next Round: If a candidate is satisfied with their UGCET-2023 allotted seat but still wishes to participate in the next round, they can do so by paying the seat allotment fee for the second round and actively participating in the upcoming round.

3. Surrender Allotted Seat: Candidates who are not content with their allotted seat but still wish to participate in the next round can choose this option. By surrendering the seat, they make themselves available for the subsequent rounds of counselling.

4. Seat Relinquishment: In cases where students are dissatisfied with their allotted seat and have secured a seat elsewhere, they can opt to quit. However, it's essential to note that choosing this option will disqualify them from further seat allotment rounds, and their previously allotted seat will be cancelled.

Candidates participating in the Karnataka UGCET 2023 counselling process are advised to carefully consider their choices and adhere to the specified schedule to ensure a smooth and successful admission process.

For more information and to access the choice filling schedule, candidates can visit the official KEA website at kea.kar.nic.in.
