An official announced on Friday that the procedure to hire almost 26,000 assistant teachers for Jharkhand's public schools will shortly begin. Chief Minister Hemant Soren requested that the recruiting process for primary, middle, and plus-2 schools be sped up so that the institutions could run efficiently while examining the Department of school education and Literacy.
The chief minister was informed by K Ravi Kumar, secretary of the education department, that a notification for the hiring of headmasters, teachers, and lab assistants in plus-two schools had been released. In the middle, model, and other category schools, the hiring procedure for teachers and lab assistants is currently underway. Additionally, the procedure to fill 26,000 assistant teacher positions will soon be started, the speaker added.
The CM instructed the officials to ensure that reading rooms were set up in districts so that kids would have a better environment for studying. Wi-fi services should be offered there in addition to all other necessities, he suggested.
The chief minister advised that dilapidated school structures be fixed as soon as possible. "Consider setting up a residential school just for students with physical disabilities. Such schools should provide sports, music, and physical education facilities so that students' abilities can be developed, the CM instructed the administrators.
