Final Day to Apply for IIT JAM 2025: How to Register by October 18 & Key Dates

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi will close the application window for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025 tomorrow, October 18. Candidates yet to register for this national level exam must complete the IIT JAM 2025 application form on the official website at joaps.iitd.ac.in before the deadline. The last date for making corrections to the application form is November 18, 2024.

Steps to Register for IIT JAM 2025

1. Visit the official website jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
2. Click on the registration link available on the homepage.
3. Complete the registration form with the required details.
4. Log in to the account and fill out the application form.
5. Upload the necessary documents.
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
7. Retain a printed copy for future reference.

The IIT JAM 2025 exam will take place on February 2, 2025, across multiple centres nationwide. Candidates can expect to download their hall tickets starting in early January. The results and scorecards are anticipated to be released on March 19 and March 25, 2025, respectively.

IIT JAM 2025 Application Fees

• Candidates belonging to Female, SC, ST, PwD categories will need to pay INR 900 (for 1 test paper) and INR 1,250 9for 2 test papers), respectively.
• Candidates belonging to all other categories will need to pay INR 1,800 (for 1 test paper) and INR 2,500 (for 2 test papers), respectively.

JAM 2025 will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format, with seven test papers at the undergraduate level. The exam will be held in around 100 cities across India. Successful candidates will be eligible to apply for approximately 3,000 seats at various IITs for the academic year 2025-26.
