CAT 2024 Exam Pattern
According to the official website, the CAT 2024 exam will be conducted in three sessions and follow the same structure as previous years, designed to assess a candidate's aptitude in three primary sections;
- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC): This section tests candidates' ability to comprehend written passages and their command over the English language.
- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR): This section focuses on a candidate’s analytical skills and their ability to interpret complex data.
- Quantitative Ability (QA): It evaluates mathematical prowess, requiring strong problem-solving abilities in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and more.
Each section will have a fixed time limit, and the total duration of the test remains 120 minutes.
