Focus on Awareness and Capacity Building

The collaboration will prioritise creating awareness among educators and students about the vast career opportunities in accountancy and related fields. ICAI and CBSE will jointly host awareness programmes targeting principals, teachers, and management teams of CBSE-affiliated schools nationwide.

To ensure effective delivery of these specialised courses, CBSE will organise capacity-building initiatives for teachers handling commerce-related subjects. These initiatives aim to upskill educators, enabling them to teach commerce-based skill courses with confidence and expertise.

Through this strategic alliance, students across India will gain access to industry-relevant knowledge, empowering them to pursue rewarding careers in the BFSI sector and beyond.
