University of Delhi (DU) has released a notice for UG students in the academic year 2022-23. The first year for all of its undergraduate courses will begin from 2 November, 2022.
As per its academic calendar, the practical examinations for students will start from 17 February to 26, 2023. Students will also be writing their theory exams from 27 February to 15 March, 2022. As per the calendar the students will only be getting a four-day semester break before starting their classes for the second semester from 20 March, 2023. Semester 2 practical examinations will begin from 18 July whereas the theory exams will begin from 17 July and will end on 28 July, 2023.
Additionally, the delay in PD admissions in the university has also created a disruption in the workflow of teachers.
Delhi University has concluded its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) Phase 1 and Phase 2 admissions in the UG programmes on 12 October, 2022. A stimulated list will be out on 14 October as per the CSAS Phase 3 schedule. The first DU allocation list will be uploaded on the official website on 18 October whereas the window for accepting the allotted seats will open from 19 October, 2022.
