Beginning with the academic year 2023–2024, the University of Delhi will offer two five-year law programmes: BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons). On the official website du.ac.in, the DU LLB application form 2023 for admission to these courses will soon be available.
The Bar Council of India (BCI) approved the creation of 60 seats for BA LLB (Hons) and another 60 seats for BBA LLB (Hons) on July 26. According to the university, admission to LLB programmes offered by Delhi University would be determined by the results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT UG 2023) exam.
"The classes for BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) courses will be held at Faculty of Law, Kanad Bhawan, north campus, University of Delhi," said the official release. In 1924, the institution created the Faculty of Law's Department of Law. Previously, the DU law faculty offered a three-year LLB, an LLM (both full-time and part-time), and a PhD in law.
