Last Day to Apply for CBI Recruitment 2024 - Check Key Details Inside

The Central Bank of India (CBI) is closing its application submission window for multiple apprentice vacancies today, June 17. The window, which reopened on June 6, offers a second chance for candidates who missed the initial deadline of March 6. Candidates who have not yet submitted their application form can do so through the website - nats.education.gov.in.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or possess equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government. Importantly, candidates should have completed and received their graduation certificate after March 31, 2020.

Selection Procedure

Candidates applying for the apprenticeship must undergo a selection process after paying the requisite fee. The selection process includes:

1. Online Written Test (Objective Type): The test comprises five sections: Quantitative, General English, Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, Basic Retail Liability Products, Basic Retail Asset Products, Basic Investment Products, and Basic Insurance Products. A merit list will be drawn based on scores, with age considered as a tiebreaker for candidates with the same score. Selection will be based on merit and as per the number of vacancies.
2. Local Language Proof: Candidates must be proficient in the local language. They must provide proof of the local language proficiency through certificates from VIII/X/XII or graduate level education.

The bank reserves the right to implement additional tests or criteria at its discretion.

The written examination is tentatively scheduled for June 23, 2024. This recruitment drive aims to fill 3,000 apprentice positions across various branches and offices.
