  • Single Girl Child Scholarship X 2024 Scheme: Open to single girl students who passed Class 10 in 2024 from CBSE and are now enrolled in Class 11 at CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Single Girl Child Scholarship X 2023 (Renewal): For students who received the scholarship in 2023 and wish to renew it for 2024.

Registration Steps

Follow these steps to complete your application:

  1. Visit the CBSE Website: Go to cbse.gov.in.
  2. Access the Scholarship Section: On the homepage, click on ‘Single Girl Child Scholarship X-2024 REG’ and select the relevant application link.
  3. Select Application Type: Choose between "Fresh" or "Renewal" applications.
  4. Fill Out the Form: Enter the required details, upload documents, and submit the application.
  5. Download for Reference: Save and print the completed application form for future use.

Applicants must provide complete bank details, including the account number, IFSC code, and bank address. Unsigned applications will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be the only girl child of her parents.
  • A minimum score of 60% or more in the CBSE Class 10 examination is required. Students must be studying in Class 11 or 12 in a CBSE-affiliated school.
  • The school tuition fee should not exceed ₹1,500 per month, with a permissible 10% annual increase for the subsequent two years.
  • The tuition fee cap for NRI students is ₹6,000 per month for schools abroad.
  • Only Indian nationals are eligible.
