The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced a surge in the number of vacancies available for the 69th Combined Competitive Examination (69th Integrated CCE) and other related exams. The Commission confirmed the addition of 33 new vacancies, raising the total number of openings to 475.
Originally, the BPSC had reported 379 vacancies for this examination. Subsequently, in July, an additional 63 vacancies were incorporated, elevating the count to 442. Now, with the recent inclusion of 33 more vacancies, the total has reached 475, providing aspiring candidates with more opportunities.
It must further be noted that other conditions outlined in the BPSC notice issued on June 27 remain unchanged, as reaffirmed by the Commission.
Furthermore, candidates need to take note of the introduction of negative marking in the 69th Integrated CCE. The preliminary exam will feature objective type questions with four options each. Notably, for every incorrect response, one-third (⅓) of the marks allotted to the question will be deducted.
The registration phase for the BPSC 69th Integrated CCE commenced on July 15 and concluded earlier this month. Aspiring candidates with graduation degrees from recognized universities or institutes are eligible to partake in this examination, provided they fulfill the required criteria.
The age eligibility criteria differ based on categories. For the unreserved category, candidates must not exceed 37 years of age. However, for females, backward classes, and extremely backward classes, the maximum age limit is extended to 40 years. As for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category, the age limit is set at 42 years.
