The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam, has opened the registration window for the pre-entry test (PET) for granting admission into diploma in elementary education (DElEd) for the session 2023-2025. Applicants can apply for the exam by visiting the official website: scertpet.co.in.
It must further be noted that the registration window for the exam will shut down on 14 August. The admit cards will be out on the official website: scertpet.co.in – from 1 September onwards. The PET 2023 for DElEd will take place on 10 September. The result will be out on 20 September.
Applicants must hereby also note that they will have to pay Rs 600 as their application fee. Applicants falling in the age group of 18-34 years will be considered eligible. Applicants belonging to SC, ST categories will be granted two year relaxation in the upper age limit.

- Go to the official website: scertpet.co.in.
- Tap on the ‘login’ link on their homepage.
- Fill in your login credentials by registering with the SCERT.
- After logging in by entering your credentials generated, fill up the application form.
- Add your personal, academic details and upload the necessary documents.
- Submit your application and pay your fee.
- Download the confirmation page and keep a hardcopy saved for future references.
