Civil Engineering Department of Aliah University and the Civil Engineering Department of Camelia Institute of Technology (CIT) and Camelia School of Engineering & Technology (CSET) pave way for collaborative excellence in education and research.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) both institutes will collaborate among themselves to enrich the teaching-learning process, focusing on student and faculty exchange programmes, Joint Research Work, Research Guidance and Publications, Joint Seminars, Workshops and conferences, New Laboratory Development and assistance in Quality Enhancement Drives.
The two MoUs were signed between Dr Sk Ashfaque Ali, Registrar of Aliah University and Prof Dr Saghamitra Chatterjee, Principal - CIT and Raju Chhetri, Registrar - CSET in the presence of senior officials of Camelia Group and Aliah University.
Prof Dr Indranil Mukherjee, HOD—Civil Engineering Department, Aliah University and a few higher officials of Camellia Group, including directors Namrata Datta, Ankita Datta and Partha Pal, Group Director, were present on the occasion.
“This collaboration will help the students as well as the faculty members to get the opportunity to exchange ideas with their peers as they will get the platform to participate in Inter-University Academic endeavours,” said Prof Datta, GCEO (Academic Development), Camellia Gr of Institutions.
