In an exciting convergence of academic excellence and youthful enthusiasm, the Economics Department of Scottish Church College is all set to host Econverge ’23 on the 22nd and 23rd of September, 2023. This eagerly awaited event will bring together up-and-coming economic thinkers from various prestigious institutes.

Notable institutions participating include Jadavpur University, St. Xavier’s College, Presidency University, The Bhawanipur Education Society, Bethune College and many others. Over 800 students are expected to participate in this two-day extravaganza, where their skills and acumen will be put to the test through an array of engaging events.

Econverge '23 will feature eleven distinct events spread across the two days. These include "Lord of the Pitch," "Quid Pro Quo," "Bidding Wars," "Mock Stock Exchange," "Paper Presentation," "Group Discussion," "G20 - Committee Simulation," "Creative Writing," "Short Documentary," "Infographics," and "Photography." Notably, the flagship event of Econverge'23 is the "Paper Presentation".The Telegraph Online Edugraph is proud to be the Digital Media Partner of Econverge ’23. This year's Chief Guests are Tamali Saha, an IFS Officer Trainee in the All India Service, poised to become a Divisional Forest Officer after her district training at FRI IGNFA Dehradun, and Sayan Chakraborty, the visionary founder of 'WTF - Where's The Food,' a Kolkata-based fast-food chain that gained recognition on Shark Tank India Season 2.
